Open a window or doorway to allow stagnant energy to move freely from the space.

Light the tip of the bundle and allow it to burn briefly before gently blowing out the flame, allowing the sacred smoke to rise. Move mindfully throughout your home or around your body, altar, or ritual tools with intention and presence.

To Use Palo Santo:

Light the end of the stick and allow it to burn for around 20–30 seconds before blowing out the flame. Allow the smoke to drift gently throughout your space while setting intentions, meditating, or grounding your energy.
