By participating in our live sales, you agree to the following:
This space is held for respect, kindness, and conscious interaction. Ink Moon is a community rooted in ritual, connection, and shared spiritual practice.
💎 How Purchasing Works
- Items are sold on a first “Sold #item number” basis (e.g. “Sold #125”)
- Due to live comment delays and platform visibility, final allocation is confirmed by admin to ensure fairness
- Items cannot be swapped once claimed unless approved by admin
- All sales are final, so please purchase mindfully
🧾 Orders & Payment
- New customers must provide full name, phone number, and postal address during or immediately after the live
- If details are not provided, your order may be cancelled
- Invoices are sent via the website within 1–2 days after the live
- Payment is required within 48 hours of invoice being issued

📦 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location using Australia Post and/or local couriers.
We ship within Australia only.
