All ‘healing’ or ‘energy’ items sold on this website are created with the intent to assist with the increase or balancing of subtle energy vibrations within the body. The products and information found on this website are NOT intended to diagnose, treat or  prevent any disease, nor replace professional medical advice. 

SHIPPING:

We ship our products with both Sendle and Australia Post. 

Please see Auspost and Sendle T&C's for information.

All shipping comes with tracking and insurance up to $100. 

Once we ship your order, we will not be held liable for any damage or lost parcels from Australia Post or Sendle. We will however do our best to help you find your parcel or obtain the insured cost from our end. We highly recommend purchasing extra insurance for items or order values over $100 when you place your order. 

We use Australia Post and Sendle to send out all orders, and we aim to pack and send within 1 – 3 days of you placing your order with us.

Standard Parcel Post delivery – Within VIC

Metro – up to 3 business days

Country – up to 5 business days.

Standard Parcel Post delivery – Outside VIC

Metro – approx 3 – 6 business days

Country – approx 7 business days.

Express Post

Within Express Post Network – Next Business day

Outside Express Post Network – 2 – 6 business days.

COVID-19 may impact delivery times, and the above information was gathered from the AusPost and Sendle website. Please see their websites for further information.

During busy peak periods such as Christmas, please allow extra time for delivery.

All Crystal orders are shipped within 3 business days, except in cases where a custom order or artwork is purchased, these may take some time to produce.

In these cases the Customer will be kept notified of their orders progress. 

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY:

Unfortunately Shopify does not let you add these options at shipping. 

All parcels come with tracking and insurance of up to $100. 

If you want insurance for orders worth over $100 or signature on delivery (SOD only available for Australia Post shipment) you must contact us within 24 HOURS of placing the order as we might have already sent it after that. We will then invoice you for insurance/signature on delivery.

If an order worth over $100 gets lost or broken in transit and you haven't added insurance, unfortunately only the maximum insured amount of $100 will be able to be obtained from the shipping company. 

We highly recommend you purchase extra insurance for orders over $100 to ensure you are completely covered as we will not be held liable if your order is lost or broken during transit. 

 REFUND POLICY:

Crystals are a natural product. We describe each item to the best of our ability, but crystals may come with natural vugs, druzys, lines and cracks. 

Crystals are natures spiritual gift to us, and come in different patterns, colours, shapes, and sizes. Fractures and nicks do occur during the crystals growth process which is natural.

We do our absolute best to show you what your crystal looks like before you purchase. All crystals are photographed in natural light where possible, and if there are major imperfections these will be noted in the product description. Please note that if the description of the product states that the product may be chipped or damaged beforehand, or for super soft items that may lose some bits of the crystal during transit such as tourmaline/selenite, or has small scuffs such as common in tumble stones, the product will not be refunded.

If you are unsure of a particular crystal and would like to see a video or extra photograph, we are more only too happy to send these over to you before you make your purchase. No two crystals are the same – but if you are after a particular shade or colour please contact us before you make your purchase. We are more than happy to accommodate your needs!

Ink Moon does not offer refunds for change of mind, so please ensure you read the item description carefully.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason please contact us at inkmooncrystals@outlook.com within 5 days so we can find a solution for you.


Refunds and returns are provided at our discretion.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or descriptions.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

In the event you require a refund or return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at www.facebook.com/inkmoonbytarryn via private message or via our contact us page to resolve the issue.

Please include photos of the item and a description of why you'd like to return it.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within 7 days if you are entitled to a refund/replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement/refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN?

If an item comes broken please follow the following steps within 3 DAYS of the parcel being received and unpacked:

1. Send a photo of the broken item

2. Send a photo of the packaging material

3. Send a photo of the box WITH THE LABEL clearly shown

We will then open a claim with Sendle up to $100. If sent through Australia Post, the claim has to be done through your side. 

If you haven't added insurance to your parcel then we can't refund items worth more than $100.

Please note that if the description of the product states that the product may be chipped beforehand (will have a discount price as such), arrives 'as is' as for super soft items that may lose some bits of the crystal during transit such as tourmaline, or has small scuffs such as common in tumble stones, the product will not be refunded.
