HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT CRYSTAL?

We always believe that you need to trust your guiding intuition to pick your crystals. If you are called to a particular crystal, it is for a reason!

If you need help, a good way is to have a scroll through the products and look at all the pretty pictures! When something jumps out to you for whatever reason, its probably the right crystal for you at this present moment. 

If you are stuck or want some guidance we are always hear to help. You can reach out to Tarryn via message on our Facebook page where she can help you choose the best crystals for your needs.

Each item listed on our site is accompanied by an explanation of what magical metaphysical properties that crystal holds. Our Facebook page will be continuously updated with tips and tricks on how to use your crystals so please follow our page.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in beautiful Langwarrin, Melbourne.

Local customers are welcome to pick up their orders, just please email us if you would like to book a time to browse our stock or pick up your order as we sell from home so appointments are essential. 

DO YOU DO LIVE SALES?

We also sell our beautiful crystal and art via our live sales on our Facebook group, so please follow us there!

All of our new stock will be first sold via our lives, so if you want to get a first look and first opportunity to buy, please join us. 

It's also a great opportunity to see the items in full, get to meet us, and ask any questions! We love getting to know our customers via our lives, we also sometimes have special giveaways and sales so don't miss out!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We use Australia Post and Sendle to send out all orders, and we aim to pack and send within 1 – 3 days of you placing your order with us.

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Unfortunately Shopify does not let you add these options at shipping. 

All parcels come with tracking and insurance of up to $100. 

If you want insurance for orders worth over $100 or signature on delivery (SOD only available for Australia Post shipment) you must contact us within 24 HOURS of placing the order as we might have already sent it after that. We will then invoice you for insurance/signature on delivery.

CAN I STOCKPILE MY ORDER IN CASE I WANT TO ADD MORE ITEMS?

Here at Ink Moon, we offer open baskets for orders. If you would like to add to your order over time or from the lives and save on postage,  just chose the 'pickup' option at checkout and put in 'open basket' in the notes/comments section. When you are finished and ready for postage, just send us an email and  we will send you a separate invoice for postage. Open Baskets are for one month maximum.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card, Paypal, Paypal Pay in 4, and Shop Pay. 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR CRYSTALS?

Our crystals are sourced from all places around the world including India, China and Brazil. We get to know our suppliers to ensure that each crystal has come from a place of love with minimal environmental and community impact. Each crystal has been intuitively chosen for you.
